Job summary

CareOne is hiring in Paramus, NJ for Certified Nursing Assistant positions across full-time, part-time and per diem. CNA responsibilities include basic patient care under nursing staff, assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and changing linens.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience with SNF residents is preferred; dedication to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and linen changes.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during care activities.
• Maintain respectful, compassionate interactions with residents and families.
• Document changes in residents’ condition as directed.
