Job summary

The Orchards Health Center in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support licensed nursing staff with routine care and activities of daily living.

You will assist with bathing, toileting, feeding and mobility under the supervision of RN/LVN, document patient information, and adhere to safety and infection control standards. This role includes rotating shifts, full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401k and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program with current California certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff with daily living activities.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, toileting, feeding, and grooming under RN/LVN supervision.
• Document resident information accurately and report any changes to the charge nurse.
• Transport residents as needed and participate in mandatory in-services.
