McKnight Place Extended Care is a luxury skilled nursing and short-term rehab community in St. Louis seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license required.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and ADLs with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care.
• Deliver hands-on care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Work alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long-term care and short-term rehab setting.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, resident-centered environment.

Available Shifts

• Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Rotating weekends

• Nights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating weekends

• Weekends: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and essential nursing care

• Deliver hands‑on care with dignity, compassion, and respect

• Work alongside nurses and the interdisciplinary care team in a long‑term care and short‑term rehab setting

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, resident‑centered environment

What You'll Need

• Active, unencumbered Missouri CNA license (L1MA not accepted)

• SNF or long‑term care experience a plus, not required

• Ability to safely lift, transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility

• A genuine passion for caring for older adults
