Lutheran Senior Services in Missouri/Illinois seeks compassionate CNAs to provide daily supportive and functional care in a resident-centered environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to honor residents as the directors of their care.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meals, documentation, and maintaining a safe, respectful atmosphere for residents and families. Certification in MO/IL is required; PA enrollment eligibility is also noted for registry alignment.
Provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment according to established community care procedures as directed by nursing leadership. Works as a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary team that focuses on the resident as the director of their own care.

Is subject to exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Is subject to exposure to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc., including exposure to the AIDS and Hepatitis B virus within guidelines of standard precautions. Appropriate ergonomic and personal safety equipment is provided as needed.
Pay grade: 09, $16.20/hour to $25.15/hour. Eligible for shift differentials: Yes. $1.50/hour evenings; $1.00/hour nights; $1.00/hour weekends (States of IL & MO; May vary in other states)
