Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CN A certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.
• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Complete rounds at shift start and every 2 hours.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized rooms and common areas.
• Support residents with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Complete resident rounds at the beginning of shift and every 2 hours
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

CNA Qualifications

• Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
