Job summary

Logan Health Brendan House in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for on-site, PRN night shifts. You will support residents with daily care, monitor vitals, and help maintain a safe, healing environment.

You will work with nurses and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring confidentiality, accurate documentation, and compassionate communication. CPR and MT CNA certs are required; HHA cert is preferred or obtainable within six months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include supporting residents with activities of daily living, obtaining and reporting vital signs, documenting care accurately, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.You will communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate resident care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations. This role also assists with restocking supplies, maintaining equipment cleanliness and safety, and supporting compliance with Medicare and applicable regulatory standards.**Qualifications****Required:*** Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.* Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.* Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.**Preferred:*** Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.* Home Health Aide certification preferred or must successfully obtain within six (6) months of hire, if applicable to assigned area.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.* Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team-focused environment.* Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software systems**Shift:**Night Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America)**Schedule:**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
