This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, encouraging progress, and making a positive difference each day.****What You’ll Do**As a Restorative Aide, you will assist residents with restorative nursing programs and activities designed to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Responsibilities may include:* Assisting residents with walking, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and other restorative care activities* Supporting residents with activities of daily living while encouraging independence whenever possible* Following individualized restorative care plans as directed by nursing and therapy staff* Documenting resident participation, progress, and any changes or concerns* Communicating with nurses, therapists, and care team members to help ensure continuity of care* Promoting a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for residents* Building trusting relationships with residents and supporting their dignity, comfort, and quality of life**What We’re Looking For**We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys working with older adults and residents in a skilled nursing setting.
