CNA - Skilled Nursing (80-Bed Facility | Full & Part-Time)

Location: Allegria Village - Dearborn, MI

Our Skilled Nursing facility is an 80-bed unit located within a larger senior living campus, offering a more focused and team-oriented environment compared to large 200-300+ bed facilities.

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.

We are especially looking for CNAs who want long-term stability and a supportive work environment - not constant job turnover.

Shifts available:

-Part-time and Full-time

-Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) ONLY

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Reposition residents and provide routine comfort care

• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 40+ lbs)
