Job summary

St. Croix County seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily living support and basic care in a health care campus. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

The position includes PM and NOC shifts, with on-site work in a nursing home setting. Starting pay is set within the county's hiring range and reflects qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
• On-state registry active and successful background check.
• Experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene and daily living assistance per care plan.
• Document care and vital information accurately in EMR.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and orientation of new residents.
• Attend shift handoffs and participate in care planning.
• Respond to call signals and maintain a safe, clean environment.
