Job summary

Florissant Valley Health & Rehab in Florissant, MO is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants to join our caring team. We offer day and night shifts, a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates, competitive pay, and shift differential where available.

We provide PTO, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, a 401(k) with company matching after 1 year, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a state-issued exam for Missouri CNA.
• Active CNA certification in Missouri is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists residents with ambulation for short distances within the facility.
• Records vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Delivers direct and indirect resident care and communicates changes to the nursing team.
