Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is hiring full-time CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents. Earn $22-$24 per hour DOE with daytime, evening, and night shifts available, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification and be a licensed caregiver.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to record vital signs and communicate changes to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Promote a warm, respectful environment for residents and families.
