Volare Health, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR. The role offers new wages between $22.77 and $29.30 per hour, based on certified experience, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for NEW hires.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
