Volare Health, LLC's Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, Oregon, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. NEW wages: $22.77/HR–$29.30/HR based on certified experience, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and follow care plans with a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in good standing with the State.
• Recent education or clinical hours.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Caring, dependable, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care and comfort.
• Take and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Keep resident spaces tidy, organized, and safe.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete assigned tasks professionally.
