Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under a licensed nurse's supervision. You will follow facility policies, assist with daily living activities, and document care and patient responses accurately.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to nursing staff, maintaining infection control, and ensuring resident safety. A $4000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates and daily pay options may apply.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Aide Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3–6 months LTC/Skilled care experience.
• Ability to follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend work as scheduled and follow call-off procedures.
• Report resident needs to a charge nurse or licensed nurse.
• Document incidents, care provided, and care plans timely.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Maintain infection control and resident safety.
