Job summary

Atlas Healthcare, LLC seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following facility policies and procedures.

You will perform rounds, assist with daily living activities, document care, report changes to nurses, and support resident comfort and safety throughout shifts.

Required: current Nurse Aide Certification and a high school diploma or GED; LTC/Skilled experience a plus. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Aide Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3–6 months LTC/Skilled experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend work as scheduled and follow call-off procedures.
• Follow performance standards and nursing service policies.
• Identify resident problems and report to a licensed nurse.
• Complete assignments timely, completely and accurately.
• Conduct rounds as assigned.
• Document incidents and care provided in nursing notes.
• Review care plans and perform nursing care as outlined.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse in charge.
