Complete Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential daily care to residents. The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on support with ADLs, mobility assistance, and vigilant observation within a team-driven environment.

You will document care in the EHR, collaborate with nursing leadership, and contribute to a home-like, high-quality care setting. Daily pay options and a $2,500 sign-on bonus are offered for full-time placement.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a Wisconsin CNA certification with active status.
• Compliance with state healthcare worker background check requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dignified assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, ambulation, turning, and positioning to support safety and skin integrity.
• Monitor residents and report changes in physical or emotional status to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents and ensure the space reflects high standards.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Unit Managers and Director of Nursing to implement care plans.
