Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Jersey is required.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support.
• Capable of lifting, transferring, and moving residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and emotional support
• Assist with vital signs, wound care, and other basic medical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and vital signs
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
• Support residents and their families with empathy
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care experience
