Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in New Jersey is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in resident assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care.
• Perform restorative care activities such as ambulation and ROM exercises.
• Adhere to facility policies and state and federal regulations.
