Job summary

Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our intimate, homelike center in New Jersey. This role focuses on resident-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting the care team to implement personalized plans.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with resident-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
