Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality, hands‑on care while preserving residents' dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
