Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor residents' health and vital signs; report changes to the care team.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises to maintain function.
• Maintain accurate care records and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
