Qualifications

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with the care team to ensure quality care.
• Provide scheduled showers and personal hygiene care to residents.
• Accurately document completed showers and care provided.
