Job summary

The Timbers Skilled Nursing & Therapy is seeking a CNA Shower Aide to join our team in Edmond, OK. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, including showers, under established care plans. We value compassionate, dependable CNAs who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, hygiene, mobility, and documenting vital signs. A background check and POPES screening are required; CNA certification is preferred for applicants with prior long-term care

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• POPES screening will be completed after offer.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and deliver meals; provide water and nourishment.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers; assist with mobility.
• Provide additional care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record information in residents’ charts.
