Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for short shift opportunities in Fairfield County, CT. Shifts are 2–3 hours in the mornings or evenings, with a focus on compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CT CNA certification.
• Experience in home care or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet client needs and expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with best practices and regulations.
