Job summary

Piedmont Health SeniorCare/PACE in Pittsboro, NC, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care at the Adult Day Center. You will assist with activities of daily living, transfer support, vital checks, and participate in therapy as directed, with driving duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Nurse’s Aide/Home Health Aide training, plus CPR/First Aid within employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurse’s Aide/Home Health Aide training or equivalent.
• One year experience with the frail or elderly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with showering and dressing of participants per assignment.
• Assist with toileting and feeding in the day center.
• Assist with ambulation and seating transfers.
• Documentation of intake and output; follow infection control policies.
• Support patients’ activities of daily living and participate in therapies as directed.
