Job summary

Ranchwood Nursing Center in Yukon, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We specialize in long‑term and rehabilitative care, and you will work 8‑hour shifts delivering personal care and supporting the charge nurse as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Under new management, wages have increased and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and more. A $1500 sign‑on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nursing assistant with state credentials.
• Familiarity with CNA duties.
• Strong observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents in a safe, comfortable manner.
• Support independence and assist with care plans.
• Notify supervising nurse of resident status at shift start and end.
• Document observations and report changes to care plans.
• Assist with safe lifting and transfers as required.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free environment for residents and staff.
• Perform incidental housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
