Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the RN; document services on the charting system.
• Support residents with prescribed program activities and observe changes in condition.
