Diversicare of Sedgwick in Sedgwick, KS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will assist residents with mobility, accompany them to medical visits, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CNA and physically able to assist residents.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Clean driving and criminal records.
• Any other state required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assure the safety of each resident when transporting to and from the doctor’s office and/or hospital.
• Accompany each resident on medical visits and stay with them until the visit is complete.
• Observe required procedures at visits: sign in resident; present documents to office personnel.
• Before leaving the doctor’s office, obtain resident documents, new prescriptions, and doctor’s orders; collect appointment cards if needed.
• After returning to the facility, report to RCM and be prepared to answer questions about the visit.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
