Glisan SNF Healthcare, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans, under supervision. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor conditions and participate in shift reports to ensure quality care.

The role requires a valid CNA license, strong communication, and a compassionate approach. This full-time position includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401K benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must possess CNA license in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including protected health information.
• Assist with turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Greet residents and escort them to their room.
