Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred and current.
• Experience in an assisted living or senior care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance per resident Care Plans.
• Deliver personal care with compassion and dignity.
• Assist with medication management per policy.
• Document resident care updates in the ECP each shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal support.
• Respond to call systems and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on care coordination.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
