Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, companionship, and person-centered care. This role emphasizes compassionate assistance, safety, and respect for each resident’s preferences.

We offer flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, full-time) with 8-hour shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits, plus opportunities for growth and on-site wellness resources.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner.
