Job summary

Lakelands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Abbeville, SC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision, following care plans and facility policies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and policies.
• Supports nursing staff and other team members as needed.
• Assists with feeding, meal setup, and documentation of intake.
• Aids in lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Records weights and monitors skin condition, reporting changes.
• Completes flow sheets daily and communicates progress to supervisors.
• Notifies nurse of changes in a resident's condition.
