Hartford HealthCare in Southington is seeking a licensed Certified Nurse Aide to join The Orchards of Southington during the night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., Sat/Sun every other weekend).

The role focuses on delivering timely, compassionate resident care in a senior living community. You will work to maintain high-quality service, support residents and families, and report to the manager/director while contributing to a positive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered per CT laws.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Must deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must work harmoniously with professional and non-professional staff.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Must be able to perform CPR.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to perform CPR.
