Job summary

Tradewater Health and Rehab in Kentucky is hiring compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide high-quality care for our residents. We offer day, night, and PRN shifts in a supportive, team-based environment.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, record vital signs, and help with mobility while maintaining a clean, safe setting. A KY CNA certification and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification for Kentucky
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Accurately document care provided
