Job summary

Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. You will assist residents with ADLs, respond to call lights, help with grooming and mobility, and support a team of licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (in good standing on State Registry)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• New grads welcome – training provided!
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
• Answer call lights promptly and assist with needs
• Keep residents clean, dry, and comfortable (clothing, linens, bedding)
• Make beds (occupied/unoccupied) and maintain a clean environment
• Assist with positioning and mobility including use of adaptive equipment
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and nursing staff
• Participate in shift reports and follow direction from licensed nurses
• Ensure all care is delivered with dignity and respect
