Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor in Port Charlotte, FL is hiring for a Full-Time Activities CNA to provide outstanding care to our residents. We offer a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehab setting with a compassionate team focused on resident well-being.

Qualifikationen

• CNA Certification by the State.
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Aufgaben

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed.
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
