Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Resident Assistants to join our Monona team. You will provide personalized support to residents to maintain independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNA certification is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiving presence for seniors.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and activities of daily living.
• Provide care according to each resident's ISP.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper equipment.
• Complete wellness checks and respond to calls/alarms; report changes.
• Document resident care accurately and report concerns.
• Assist with medications when trained and delegated.
• Follow resident-rights, infection prevention and safety rules.
• Participate in meetings and training; maintain a safe, homelike environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
