Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for their Stan Jones Retirement Home. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly residents, monitor hourly activities, and document all duties on the daily report and incident forms.

You will manage personal care and safety, assist with appointments and vital signs, and act as a patient advocate while collaborating with the Resident Aide team. WA CNA certification and relevant licenses are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program is required.
• One year of related experience; six months in a clinical setting; six months EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-centered care for elderly residents in the Tulalip Tribes Retirement Home.
• Monitor residents hourly, complete daily shift checklists, and document activities and incidents.
• Schedule appointments and obtain vital signs; act as patient advocate and support the Resident Aide team.
