- Comfort with residents/families facing end-of-life issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.

- Lead and participate in group and individual activities.
- Document participation and outcomes in medical records.
- Support care plans and communicate changes to the nursing team.
- Promote resident safety and well-being during activities.
