You will help enrich lives through individualized and group programs while documenting participation and outcomes for each resident.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in TN.
• Willingness to learn new modalities and approaches.
• Good listener with ability to build rapport.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with residents and families facing end-of-life issues.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the resident activity director as needed.
• Provide comfort and stimulation to residents.
• Lead and participate in individual and group activities.
• Decorate the facility and prepare for events.
• Develop and post monthly activity calendars for residents and families.
• Maintain records of activities and attendance.
• Support resident well-being using the Biopsychosocial model.
