Job summary
People Incorporated seeks Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings across Fall River, Taunton and surrounding communities. You will assist with daily living tasks, meal prep, and accompany participants on community outings as part of a structured routine.

Qualifications
- Massachusetts CNA license required.
- Compassionate, person-centered care approach.
- Background check and driving record clearance.

- TB screening and TB updates per policy.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
- The Movies
- Shopping
- Going to Dinner
- Baseball Game
- Bowling
