Job summary
People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and accompany individuals on community outings to promote independence.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. license.
- Compassionate and enjoy helping others.
- Criminal background check and driving record required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
- TB screening and physical required on hire with TB update every two years.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Prepare meals and coordinate medical appointments.
- Distribute medications.
- Facilitate community outings.

You Will Be Part Of a Team Supporting Adults With Development Disabilities In a Residential Program. Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes
- Individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Medication distribution
As a Direct Care Professional, You Will Provide Opportunities For Individuals To Integrate Into The Community And Enjoy Outings That Interest Them. Examples Of Some Outings Are
