Job summary

Burlingtonconvalescent is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing facility in providing compassionate personal care to residents. You will work under the supervision of licensed staff and assist with activities of daily living, promoting a best-in-class resident experience.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
