Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is hiring Full-time and Part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Burlington Woods to provide hands-on care that enhances the comfort and quality of life of residents. This opportunity values compassionate care and offers a supportive environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualifications & Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active and unrestricted CNA certification
• Experience in long‑term care preferred but not required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care
• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable
• Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation
• Encourage social interaction and emotional well‑being among residentsWork in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
