Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team and support residents with daily living activities. You will assist with personal care, promote safety, and help create a warm, respectful environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; ability to obtain CPR/First Aid.
• Age 18+ requirement.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
