Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and companionship to residents in a caring, respectful environment. You will assist with ADLs, document changes, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, support dining services, and communicate with families and care leaders. A High School Diploma/GED and CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) are required; 18+ and

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
