Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver in the United States to provide hands-on support, promote safety and independence, and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, help with dining, and engage residents through conversations and activities, while communicating with families and care leaders.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
