Job summary

Hocking College is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Program Manager to lead the CNA program in Logan, OH. The role involves managing accreditation, curriculum development, student advising, and coordinating faculty efforts.

Qualifications

  • Must have a current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
  • Associate degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum two years nursing experience as an RN, with at least one in long-term care, geriatric care or home health.
  • Completed an approved TTT program and registered in Ohio as Program Coordinator upon hire.
  • Familiar with Ohio Department of Health CNA (TCEP) standards and LMS.
  • Familiar with electronic learning management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CNA program accreditation and compliance.
  • Develop CNA curriculum, course outcomes, and mandated hours.
  • Provide student academic advising and manage advising hours.
  • Teach nursing courses as needed and support faculty.
  • Promote CNA program through recruitment and partnerships.
  • Ensure confidentiality and learner-centered teaching.
