Job summary

Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, PA is hiring a PRN Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our progressive care team. This position offers 8-hour shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a) and competitive pay of $19.50-$22/hour.

As a PRN CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and collaborate with the nursing team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Entry-level candidates welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, with emotional support.
• Monitors and reports changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior.
• Assists with mobility and transfers, including lift equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols.
• Participates in care planning and supports development of individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• PRN CNA duties will be assigned based on residents' needs and facility schedule.
