If you are an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), we have the opportunity for you. The CNA provides direct patient care, supports the nursing team, and promotes dignity, safety, and independence throughout the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Current State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent observation and patient care skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients safely and with dignity.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
• Communicate patient status and concerns to the supervising nurse at shift start and end.
• Contribute to care plans and assist in their implementation.
• Observe, document, and report patient condition changes as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure equipment is ready for patient care.
